Crews recommended. No muling (Which means you must carry your mandatory Kit) No Pacers although support crew are allowed to run/walk with you for up to a mile to encourage,chat,sing to you!

Teams Entry Fee
Teams of 3 Relay.
Teams to follow there teams member by their own vehicle and meet them at the relay section. The Relay Teams start together at each relay section. The Team member who is competing in the section must arrive before the relay start time from the section or the team will be timed out. The timing though has been given so that teams of hikers can also take part.

TRANSPORTATION
Park and ride option from Aberdaron (Race Finish is at St Hywyn) the morning of the Race Across Wales to the Start (2 hour Journey with pick up locations on route)
Registration is at the Greenfield Abbey Ruins the morning of the race for those making their own way there. Coach leaves 9am Prompt with a Beautifully Brutal Team Member.
