Timing systems are not 100% fail proof and sometimes the systems miss a read or the data we receive from event organisers gets mixed up. We usually have backup cameras and / or manual times for just this purpose. If there is a problem with your time or results, please give us a much information as possible and we will endeavour to put it right.
If you have missing or incorrect times, it can help us if you can tell us who you were with or near.
If you have missing times it can also help if you give us a description of what you're wearing.
If you have a query about your finish time and you know approximatley what it should be please let us know as often we can check photos or video.
