This is the pre SheUltra Event Long Entrants self guided recce of the second half of the route. it is also available for women who are looking for a day out to sign up. All proceeds for this recce will go towards the 'Cwtch Comfort Pack' Project.
Botwnog 17.5 miles to Pwllheli

The public bus leaves Y Maes Pwllheli at Stand A at 08:50 and arrives in Botwnog Opposite the Surgery 09:11 and the na short walk for the start in front of the school at 09:30 Prompt.
Please make sure you go to the toilet in Pwllheli as there are no toilets until mynytho.
The route will be marked and have event team in and around the course. The male members of the event team have all been DBS checked and will be wearing hi viz vets.
There will be one water station just after you leave garn fadryn and then a full aid station pop up outside the school in mynytho where there will be public toilets to use.
There are also toilets at the sandbar on the warren beach which you can us as well as the public toilets that are before the beach in Llanbedrog.
The She Ultra Ambassadors will we walking,hiking and running with you as well.
The Sheultra Medic 'Nightingale' Team Lead Esyllt Llwyd will also be driving around but please bring a full mandatory kit and a first aid kit relevant to you.
As this is a mix of both Walkers,Hikers and Runners we recommend you bring enough snacks for inbetween the aid station to make sure you are well fuelled.
